Romantic, idyllic - if the words weren't so worn out: they would fit here. Very good, naturally grown wines, delicious food, beautifully and lovingly prepared. In the evening the frogs came forward audibly - a little idyll. The only downside: we really had to wait a long time for the food. Otherwise everything is fine.

An exceptional winery! From the outside, the house makes a more urban impression and after entering the dining room, the view first falls on the quaint interior. On the tables you will find carpets as tablecloths and instruments on the walls. The menu offers a good selection of home-grown wines and tasty local snacks. If you come here should bring some time, as the preparation of the food takes some time. But the wait is rewarded with a visually very appealing and delicious food! We were thrilled and will certainly not have been here for the last time.

I had the pleasure of different wines from this modest winery taste. His philosophy: "as close as possible to nature" sets new standards. His wines are then for some "getting used to" as completely fermented dry. Those who value "being back to nature" are in the right place at Nico Scholtens.
